Asim Ali is a trade name of Dominion Lending Centres A.I.M.I. Collective Mortgage Group, operated by A.T.S.A.I.M.I. Collective Inc., a mortgage brokerage registered with the BC Financial Services Authority (BCFSA) and part of the Dominion Lending Centres (DLC) network.

Our privacy policy

We follow the Dominion Lending Centres Privacy Policy. It explains how personal information is collected, used, disclosed, stored and protected across the DLC network, when we ask for your consent, and how you can access or correct your information. This page adds what you should know about this website.

What this website collects

Contact and appointment forms: your name, email address, phone number, the service you are interested in, your preferred appointment time and your message. They are sent to our team by email so we can reply.
Calculators: most work entirely in your browser and the numbers you enter are not sent to us. The reverse mortgage calculator sends the home value, mortgage balance and age you enter to Mutual Reverse to calculate an estimate. It does not send your name or contact details.
Spam protection: Cloudflare Turnstile checks each form submission to stop automated spam.
Analytics and advertising: Google Analytics uses cookies to show us how visitors find and use the site, and Google Ads measures whether our ads lead to enquiries.
Hosting: our website host records technical details such as your IP address, browser and the pages you request, to keep the site secure and running.

Service providers

Form messages are delivered through Resend and Microsoft 365. The website is hosted by Vercel, spam checks run on Cloudflare, and analytics and advertising use Google. Some of these providers process information outside Canada, including in the United States, where it may be subject to the laws of that country. We do not sell your personal information.

Cookies

You can block or delete cookies in your browser settings, or install the Google Analytics opt out browser add on at tools.google.com/dlpage/gaoptout. The site works without these cookies.
